Welcome! Here you will find information about the MacroHist 2016 Spring School, to be held at the University of Oxford. The course will offer an introduction to causal inference in applied econometrics.


What: MacroHist Spring School, Marie Curie Initial Training Network

Where: Wadham College, University of Oxford

Who: The course will be taught by Dr. Elias Dinas

Also, Vincent Bignon will give a talk on the use of economic history in policy research (6:30pm, 30 March)

When: The course will run from 30-31 March (for fellows staying at Wadham College, check-in is on the afternoon of 29 March and check-out is the morning of 1 April). The annual Economic History Society (EHS) conference is in Cambridge from 1-3 April, for those who would like to attend that after the workshop.
